POR LA CUAL SE APRUEBA EL DECRETO-LEY Nº 242, DEL 25 DE ENERO DE 1960, "POR EL CUAL SE REAJUSTAN ALGUNOS GRAVAMENES DE LA LEGISLACION DE IMPUESTOS EN PAPEL SELLADO Y ESTAMPILLAS (DECRETO-LEY Nº 23/52 TEXTO ACTUALIZADO") APROBADO POR LEY Nº 333 DEL 16 DE ABRIL DE 1956 Y MODIFICADO POR LEY Nº 339 DEL 1º DE JUNIO DE 1956.
LA HONORABLE CAMARA DE REPRESENTANTES DE LA NACION PARAGUAYA, SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE L E Y:
Art. 1
Art. 1º.- Apruébase el Decreto-Ley Nº 242, de fecha 25 de enero de 1960, por el cual se reajustan algunos gravámenes de la Legislación de Impuestos en Papel Sellado y Estampillas (Decreto-Ley Nº 23/52 texto actualizado) aprobado por Ley Nº 333 del 16 de abril de 1956 y modificado por Ley Nº 339 del 1º de junio de 1956.
