RESOLUCION 88/2022

Visto: el artículo 34° de la Ley N° 489/95 “Orgánica del Banco Central del Paraguay”, en su nueva redacción según la Ley N° 6104/18; el artículo 103° de la Ley N° 861/96 “General de Bancos, Financieras y Otras Entidades de Crédito”; los Memorandos SB. GAR. IEN. N° 077/2022 de fecha 27.07.2022, N° 091/2022 y N° 095/2022 de fechas 27.07.2022, 23.09.2022 y 12.10.2022, respectivamente, la Providencia de fecha 02.11.2022, de la Intendencia de Estudios y Normas; las Providencias de fechas 27.07.2022, 26.09.2022, 12.10.2022 y 03.11.2022 de la Gerencia de Análisis y Regulación; Considerando: Que, es necesaria la adecuación del Plan y Manual de Cuentas a fin de mantener identificadas las operaciones beneficiadas con Medidas Excepcionales emitidas por el Banco Central del Paraguay, incluso una vez que las mismas se encuentren registradas bajo cartera vencida. Por tanto, en uso de sus atribuciones, EL SUPERINTENDENTE DE BANCOS Resuelve:
