POR LA CUAL SE MODIFICA PARCIALMENTE EL ARTICULO 11º DE LA RESOLUCION Nº 1762 DEL 28 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 1997.

Pesas y medidas -- Modificación parcial del Artículo 11º de la Resolución 1762/1997 (MOPC).
VISTO: La Resolución Nº 1762 del 28 de noviembre de 1997 “POR LA CUAL SE UNIFICA EN UN SOLO INSTRUMENTO, LAS DISPOSICIONES RELATIVAS A PESOS Y DIMENSIONES DE LOS CAMIONES Y OMNIBUS QUE TRANSITAN POR LAS RUTAS NACIONALES”; CONSIDERANDO: Que siendo necesario modificar el Artículo 11º de dicha Resolución. Que de acuerdo al parecer favorable de la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos de esta Secretaría de Estado expresado en el Dictamen D.A.J. Nº 1434 del 31 de octubre de 2008. POR TANTO, en uso de sus atribuciones legales, EL MINISTRO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS Y COMUNICACIONES RESUELVE:
Art. 1
Artículo 1º.- Modificase parcialmente el Artículo 11º de la Resolución Nº 1762 del 28 de noviembre de 1997, en la parte que dice:
“Alto Máximo………….4,10”
DIGASE:
“Alto Máximo…………4,30”
Art. 2
Artículo 2º.- Comunicar a quienes corresponda y cumplido archivar.
